HS Flick-n-Float Rolled Over and Sank
Ok, not literally, but we did watch the original Poseidon Adventure from 1972. Awesome movie, especially sitting in and around a pool. 28 of us had a total blast; eating (salad, lasagna and cookies), 
swimming, and just plain hanging out. Super-Duper thanks to the Kinnamon’s for allowing us to pillage their house, special thanks to Bob, Melissa, Tammy, and Joe for their help putting this event together, and thanks to all of our other adults for chaperoning/helping/etc. Pictures are up on our Flickr site(go to the link under the ribbon of pics on the right side of this site)….and here’s a little video for you…..

Teen Bible Study Being Resurrected
Several years ago we offered a Teen Bible Study on Sunday Mornings @ 8:30am. This is somewhat different than Sunday School in that we dig deeper into the stories in the Bible, where Sunday School tends to be more “thematic”, dealing with certain issues or themes, along with the Bible. We’ll be starting the Teen Bible Study on Sunday, September 7 at 8:30am. (The same week regular Sunday School starts again) This Bible Study is open to all 6th through 12 grade students.

- Did you go to Camp Kitchinamikooka?
- Did Uncle Rufus from Tanzania visit?
Ok, even if it wasn’t as exotic as those, let us know what you did this summer, and in early September we’re going to post a story on the web-site of what everyone did during their summer break. If you have a picture that goes along with your story, send that along, and we’ll post that too. Just send everything here.
