08/09 Medical Paperwork Required for Assateague Trip on Sunday

We need the 08/09 Medical Paperwork (2 sheets) to attend our Assateague Trip. We have most everybodies, but if you have not turned yours in…you need to bring it with you on Sunday…. Remember we’re meeting at 1pm and eat lunch before you come.

Operation Backpack a HUGE Donated Items Success

Once again, CUMC exceeded our expectations with a huge donation of school supplies for East Salisbury ES. This past Tuesday, a small group of us delivered all of our donated items. Wednesday evening, 15 MS Yutes and 9 Dults invaded the Wolske house to swim, eat, and watch The Spiderwicke Chronicles. Although a tad chilly, everyone seemed to have fun. Mr. Bob beasted on the grill and made awesome Cheeseburger and Hotdogs.  A special THANKS to the Wolske’s for hosting our shindig!!!!!

relay_lifeRelay For Life Team  Asking For Our Help

CUMC’s Relay For Life Team is having a Spaghetti Dinner Fund-Raiser on Saturday, ??? and are having a “Variety/Talent Show” afterwards to raise funds for their Team. They have asked Christ-Youth to be a part of this “Variety/Talent Show”….so if you have a talent or a variety, and would like to participate…..let me know.

Teen Bible Study is BYOB

TeenBibleStudy And that means Bring Your Own Bible ….Shame on all of you!!! Our Teen Bible Study will be starting on Sunday, September 7 at 8:30 in the morning….yes, I know that’s really early. TBS is open to any 6th-12th grade student…..and we’ll even let slightly older people in as well. Actually we also have Bibles to use if you forget yours, or don’t wish to bring it.
