Medical History & Release Paperwork has been mailed or e-mailed to everyone. All Forms must be filled out and returned by the first Christ-Youth Event your child attends, starting with the Assateague Trip.

Registration Deadlines are Firm

All registration deadlines will be strictly adhered to. The logistics of: vehicles, having adequate chaperones, registration fees & costs, housing, etc. all necessitate this policy.
